We ask that you not purchase items since we need specific sizes or specs, unless it is on our Amazon Wish List.

Capital Investment Projects
Vehicle Shed
We want to build a structure so the camp vehicles and tractor will be under cover. This would be constructed to ensure a heavy snow load, have power to trickle charge equipment, and include additional storage for other items.
Approximate funds needed: $15,000
Wood Shed
The old wood shed roof collapsed in early 2022 and was fully removed in 2024. The back wall will be maintained and reinforced, as it is holding the hillside behind it. Reconstruction of the walls will be completed to accommodate heavy snow loads and keep all stored wood dry.

Bathhouse
We need to take down the current bath house due to dry rot and other structural issues. We want to build a new bath house to include and accommodate the following:
*ADA accessibility
*Single door units
*More showers than toilets
*Easy to clean
*Overhangs for snow
*Internal plumbing to reduce chance of freezing
Approximate funds needed: $600,000
Memorial funds were donated to this, remaining funds needed: $350,000
Projects/Skilled Labor
Projects
Not all projects at camp are the same size. Some projects can be done at your church or home and brought to camp, others require the work to be completed at camp, and yet others are quite large and require capital investment donations to complete. Please contact us at cwboperationsmanager@gmail.com to sign up for any of these projects and to get more information before you start your project. Please donate now to give to any of these projects.
On Site Projects
- Clean tables and chairs
- Clean windows throughout facility
- Repair wooden fences on site
- Deep clean the cabins/dorm
- Set up disc golf course, rules, and map
- Split and stack firewood for staff
- Chip branches and spread on site
- Clear hiking trails before summer
Skilled Labor

- Plumber- Install water heaters
- HVAC- Install heating systems in cabins and assess dormitory air flow
- Painter- Trim, doors, ceilings, bunks, and other projects
- General Construction- Trim work in cabins, door repairs, level cabins and replace rotten support beams, entry way repairs and awning to alleviate snow piles, general cabin repairs, caretaker house back staircase repair
- Handyman- Weld disc golf and soccer goal stand, dining hall deck repairs, repair woodpecker holes, install VLP flooring in staff housing post repairs
- Cabinetry/Wood work- Build cabinets for different projects at camp when funding available- kitchen nook and lodge kitchen
- Electrician- Breaker box assessment and update, assess generator load, convert lighting to LED
