Clayton Willbroad- Maintenance Specialist

Clayton grew up in Estacada, Oregon and loved Jesus from a very early age. He grew up on a tree farm learning how to fix and run equipment which carried over into the finish carpentry job he had for 10 years. More recently he has worked in the construction field as a project manager for an installation company. Before he joined Camp White Branch as the Maintenance Specialist he was working as a treatment aid at a youth rehabilitation center for drug and alcohol addiction.

Clayton also went to bible college and is an ordained pastor. He was the Hospitality Coordinator at the church he grew up in and started a college ministry and discipleship training school at the church where he and Naudia met. He most recently was a Next Generation pastor before going back into the construction field.

When Clayton is not working, he loves going on adventures driving and exploring the area he is in. He also enjoys rescuing old items and remaking them into fun and functional household pieces. His passion is pouring into youth and young adults discipling them as they live their life full out for Jesus.

Clayton is married to Naudia, and they have one daughter, Pearl. Naudia grew up in Clackamas County, Oregon and has her bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She worked with teens in foster care as well as at risk youth for several years until she became a stay at home mom. More recently she has enjoyed working in the health field as a chiropractic assistant and receptionist. Naudia enjoys baking and reading when she has some down time. Otherwise, she is keeping up with their fun loving, energetic, tomboy princess dressing daughter, Pearl.

The Willbroad family is very excited to be a part of the Camp White Branch family and look forward to serving you.

Faye Strudler- Operations Manager

Faye joined us in October, 2022 and is super excited about being part of the Camp White Branch ministry. She will assist you in making your reservation and registering for camps.

Faye grew up in Oregon City, Oregon with her twin sister and younger brother. She accepted Christ at the young age of 4 and was baptized at 8 years old. She was a tomboy growing up and always loved climbing trees. To this day she still prefers pants to dresses! Growing up with dogs, cats, goats, and horses around her has led to her love for animals.

Faye has an Associate Degree in equine science and taken art and writing classes over the years. She has spent most of her career working in customer service and inventory management prior to moving to help her grandparents in BC, Canada before they made their way to heaven. She also spent time in Central Oregon working remotely and enjoying time getting to know the people in her church plus exploring avenues of creative worship before moving to Camp White Branch.

If Faye isn’t working, she loves to travel and has spent a month travelling cross-country in her customized van, having fun visiting friends and family. She just might show up in your neighborhood sometime!

Meeting new people excites Faye, even though she may spend time on her own. You may find her buried in paperwork or outside exploring depending on the day, either way you’ll find a twinkle in her eye and a greeting on her lips.
