All of our lodging is bunk bed style each with a mattress, no linens or pillows provided. We are able to accommodate 125 guests. No cooking is allowed in the lodging facilities. Rental is per person for the cabins and dormitory, minimum requirements may apply. We also allow RV’s on site (dry camping-no hook up see rate) if these individuals are part of a larger group rental reservation. At times, we are on fire restriction, so RV generators may not be allowed.
We have 6 cabins, each sleep’s 12 people comfortably. A restroom is included in each and five also have a shower. One cabin is wheelchair accessible.
Above our dining hall, we have dormitory style lodging partitioned into four separate sections. It can sleep a total of 53 guests. Guests in the dormitory use the main bath house restrooms and showers.
** In the summer, we request a minimum of 50 people to optimize usage during peak season.
** Exclusive usage of the facility for a group requires 50 people or payment of fees for 50 people.
Having great food is an important part of any camp, retreat, or event. Our cooking staff works hard to ensure you have nutritious, hot meals during your stay. Meals include beverages such as water, juice, lemonade, or punch. We are able to meet some dietary restrictions as noted in our policy at no extra charge at this time. We have a minimum groups size of 20 people, if you would like us to cook let us know and we will see if we can accommodate. Groups are also able to self cook- renting our kitchen for meal prep.
If you will be cooking for your group, we have our Main kitchen in the dining hall that can be rented for a fee. The Main kitchen is great for large group cooking and has all your cooking, serving, and food preparation items available plus a dishwasher. Groups will need to bring containers and baggies for food storage and left overs. Self cooking may be needed for groups renting in the winter season. Tables and chairs for provided for dining.
We are excited to have a multipurpose building available to our guests since it opens up year round opportunities for retreats and events. Inside the building we have a basketball and volleyball court available plus a portable stage and chairs for large group gatherings. When the weather is not so nice outside you are able to take most of your activities inside. This building is also available for a day event if no groups are on site. The usage is from 7 am to 5 pm and the capacity of the building is 299.
This building has a lot of nostalgia and history. It was built in 1935 by the Civilian Conservation Corps and used as a lodge for ski rentals for one of the first winter activity areas for skiing. The rustic stone fireplaces and log building is ideal for small meetings or events. The primary heat source is the fireplaces. We have tables and folding chairs available with your rental. The Lodge is not included with group rentals. The capacity is 60 persons and it is available from 7am to 5pm. Special arrangements can be made on usage times for a fee.
If you need a conference room for a day meeting in a remote location or when you rent our facility, we have the perfect one for you. The conference room is 740 sq ft with a capacity of 64 persons, including an adjacent 540 sq ft lounge room with comfortable couches and chairs. Tables and chairs for your meeting room set up are included in your rental. Both rooms have a refrigerator/ freezer, coffee maker, and microwave for use. Beverage service is available for a fee, no cooking is allowed in these rooms. Limited availability for day rentals in the summer.
Groups can come for the day to enjoy our outdoor activities and on site hikes. You can bring sack lunches or we offer meal service. Rental includes all outdoor activities and main restroom usage.
Having a meeting at our facility, we can provide beverage service to make your preparations easier. This includes coffee, hot chocolate, tea, sugar, creamer, and serving supplies.
When we have enough snow, we offer snow tubing on site. We provide each person with a rubber tube. Personal sleds, discs, or other devices may not be used on site. Once you climb to the top of the hill, be ready for an exciting ride down. Guests are required to sign a waiver (minors need parent signature) when they pay. We offer beverages and snacks at our snack bar. Check our homepage to see if we are open.
