What’s included when I rent the facility with a group size over 50 exclusively with meals/lodging?
Can I have a family reunion at your facility?
We can definitely host your family reunion. Our cabins and dormitory are great for this. If you have family menbers who want to bring their RV we have 4 dry sites(no water or power) available. Tents can also be pitched. We do charge a per person fee for each guest to use our bathhouse and outdoor facilities if lodging in tents and RV’s. You have options on having us cook for you or doing your own cooking depending on when you come. Additional usage fees may apply depending on what you need. Please contact our reservation manager.
What’s not included when I rent the facility?
Use of White Branch Lodge and the second floor of the multi purpose building.
Do you have audio visual capabilities?
We do not have audio visual equipment for rental. Please plan on bringing what you need with you, keeping in mind we may have some limitations on amperage. In our multi purpose building many groups project on the walls.
Do you have internet access available?
We do not offer internet or wifi access for guests and due to our location cell service is also not available. Some of our guest have chosen to bring their own Starlink mobile roaming unit for their groups use.
What if I need to set up the night before?
Additional fee’s will apply if you need to arrive the night prior or earlier than our rental hours to set up for your event. Please contact our reservation manager for details.
Can I have my wedding at your site?
We do not rent our facility for weddings.
How do I know if snow tubing is open?
We post if snow tubing is open on our Facebook page.
