What’s included when I rent the facility with a group size over 50 exclusively with meals/lodging?
If my group is smaller than 50 people in the summer, how are multiple groups handled when on site?
When multiple groups are on site, our reservation manager will need to work with groups to stagger meal service times and usage of other activity areas on site. Groups will be booked in either a group of cabins or the dormitory and not mixed. Groups will share all other facilities. We will advise how many other users are on site when making your reservation or if another group books after you made your reservation.
Can I have a family reunion at your facility?
We can definitely host your family reunion. Our cabins and dormitory are great for this. If you have family menbers who want to bring their RV we have 4 dry sites(no water or power) available. Tents can also be pitched. We do charge a per person fee for each guest to use our bathhouse and outdoor facilities if lodging in tents and RV’s. You have options on having us cook for you or doing your own cooking depending on when you come. Additional usage fees may apply depending on what you need. Please contact our reservation manager.
What’s not included when I rent the facility?
Use of White Branch Lodge and the second floor of the multi purpose building.
Do you have audio visual capabilities?
We do not have audio visual equipment for rental. Please plan on bringing what you need with you, keeping in mind we may have some limitations on amperage. In our multi purpose building many groups project on the walls. We do not have internet or wifi available.
Do you have internet access available?
We do not have internet or wifi access available for guests and due to our location cell service is also not available.
What if I need to set up the night before?
Additional fee’s will apply if you need to arrive the night prior or earlier than our rental hours to set up for your event. Please contact our reservation manager for details.
Can I have my wedding at your site?
We do not rent our facility for weddings.
How do I know if snow tubing is open?
