Camper Registration

Campers are not officially registered and do not have a spot saved for them at camp until registration has been completed and payment in full has been received prior to camp start.  All campers need to be registered online by a guardian/parent unless over 18 years of age and payment can be made for a camper on the registration screen or via a scholarship/donation which can be made on behalf of a camper on the support tab on this website.  We are not able to accommodate campers who show up at camp the day it starts without registration and payment since we have limited space, need camper information for planning and meal prep, and parent/guardian registration signatures.

Payment(s) can be made by credit or debit card via PayPal online.  We are not able to take payments at camp any longer.  Thanks for your understanding.

A $10 late registration fee will be applied two weeks before the start of each camp. Registration closes one week prior to camp start. Please register early to ensure you have a spot at camp this summer.

Cancellation Policy/Refunds

To request a refund, cancellation must be made in writing two weeks prior to the camp date to camps@campwhitebranch.org. The refund will be what you have paid minus a $25 non-refundable deposit. No shows at camp will not be refunded.

With the recent increase in the number of allergies and different diet choices requested it presents new challenges for us. All our food is prepared in one kitchen due to how our facility is set up. At this time, we are able to accommodate the diet needs listed below and express a limit of liability for any reactions from meals provided. Please ensure you have noted any dietary specific information on your campers registration or call the reservation manager.

Accommodate Basic: Dietary choice- vegetarian, lactose intolerance, and gluten free

Not Able to Accommodate: Acute allergy to nuts/peanuts, celiac, dairy intolerance, and vegan

See document for further details and how we are willing to work with you.

Dress Code

We want to ensure we all have a great time at camp and don’t want to have to ask campers to change in to appropriate attire during the week. Please ensure you pack accordingly.

  • Clothing that is ill fitting, sagging, too tight, too short or reveals undergarments will not be allowed at camp.
  • Clothing should not have words, images or advertisements that contain alcoholic beverages, tobacco, drugs, violence, sexually suggestive material or any non-Christian symbolism.
  • Women should not wear shirts which are sheer, low-cut, show cleavage, are form fitting or have spaghetti straps. Tube tops and sleeveless tops with oversized arm holes and shirts that show midriff are not permitted.
