If you would like to send mail to your camper while at camp, please mail it to 61500 Old McKenzie Hwy, McKenzie Bridge, OR 97413, one week prior to camp. Our mailbox is 6 miles away we may only check it once a week during our peak season. Please also note under your campers name which camp they are attending- ie. High School, Primary, etc.

Where do I send mail to my camper?
What happens if my camper gets sick while at camp?
Each camp has a designated health care volunteer who is First Aid and CPR trained. They will administer any prescription medications sent with your camper (keep in original bottle), over the counter medications, and provide general first aid. Parents will be called if they have questions or in an emergency.
How can I add funds to support sending a camper to camp?
We are so happy you want to help send kids to camp! First of all the camper needs to be registered by a parent or legal guardian and all the documents and waivers need to be signed. No payment is needed to do this. Once this is complete, anyone can go to the “Donate a Scholarship” section under the “Support” tab and enter the information requested and make a payment. You can do this for more than one camper at a time. Within a couple days the funds will be credited to the campers’ registration. What if I have an emergency at home and need to get in touch with my camper?
Call the camp number 541-822-3511 and leave a message. We check our phones regularly during camp season. We do not accept personal calls or non-emergency calls for campers. Please be respectful when calling since this is a phone in the Camp Managers’ home.
Do I need to send money with my camper?
The Snack Shack will be open at camp this year! Snack Shack will be open each afternoon during free time. Cost will range from $1-2 per snack.
Some campers may ride church buses to camp so they may need money for lunch on the way to camp and on the way home.
Does my camper need a phone, tablet, iPod, computer, Fitbit or other devices at camp?
We have all campers turn in any electronics when they arrive at camp so it’s best to leave all of these at home. If they bring them and don’t turn them in, we are not responsible if they are lost, stolen, or damaged.
Do you have internet or cell service at camp?
We don’t have cell service or internet access at the camp for campers.
Do I need to send snacks with my camper?
This is not required but many campers want to bring snacks. We provide all meals and campers are welcome to have seconds. If you send snacks please be sure they are in sealable bags to help control attracting pests.
What if my camper has dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Will my child be in the same cabin with a friend if we put this on their registration form?
We will try to accommodate requests as much as possible.
Are PPE and sanitizer provided?
If you would like your camper to wear a mask and use sanitizer, please send these items with them. We will have hand sanitizer available for use in key locations.
Can I visit my child during camp or see the cabin they will be staying in?
Visits during camp tend to be disruptive so we discourage visits. We also have our gate secured for the safety of our campers. You are welcome to see the cabin when you drop them off or pick them up.
Can I just show up the day camp starts and pay fees for my camper?
No, registration and complete payment is required before a camper can come to camp. We do not have a way to take any payments or registration details at camp.
